Greetings from the Alamo City! Well we have arrived at our hotel in San Antonio, and I must say that we are looking forward to a little rest and relaxation tonight. I feel that it is safe to say that Mission McAllen 2007 was indeed a success. We accomplished all the projects we set out to finish, had over 100 children at our parks for 2 of the 4 days, and witnessed over 30 children accept Christ this week. The spirit of the Lord moved in and through our group this week, and I am hoping that the spirit of service our students displayed this week will be replicated when we get back to Mesquite. As for tonight, well it is filled with visions of the Riverwalk, and some fine Mexican cuisine. Until we meet again…Remember the Alamo.
